**This directory contains Linux/BSD ISOs**

Free and open source operating systems that can be run everywhere.
This directory will **never** contain:

- Proprietary software
- Desktop Only / Fork (Pointless) ISOs (eg. PopOS!)

The big 3 in the Unix world are Debian (Linux), FreeBSD (BSD) and OpenIndiana (Solaris), but I might include others.
The images here are the ones most suitable for a flash drive, and may not be the largest or most complete.
Still, they should allow for complete offline installation.

All images are compressed using the modern ZSTD algorithm to save bandwidth.
This is common in the BSD world, where they compress their images using the inferior XZ algorithm.
